Frequently Asked Questions & Fees
What services do you offer?I offer talk therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (insurance or private pay).
How do I get started?Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form and we will schedule a free consultation call to see if working together it is an aligned fit. If we decide that it is a good fit for you, we will then discuss next steps and schedule your first appointment.
What is your availability?I work 10am-5pm M/T/Th and 12-2pm W. Exceptions and flexibility for scheduling can be made for some ART if needed. Scheduling will vary based on current availability.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
All therapy sessions are currently Telehealth (video or phone session). As long as you are physically in the state of California (and not driving, please!), you have the flexibility of seeing me in the comfort of your own space.
What are your fees for therapy and do you take insurance? For talk therapy I offer both insurance and private pay with the option for a superbill if requested. I cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement for my services.
Currently, the insurances I am paneled with include Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Providence Health, & Carelon Behavioral Health. Private pay sessions are $200.
You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges under the No Surprises Act.
What is your cancelation & missed appointment policy?I have a 48-hour cancelation policy for all therapy sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel within the appropriate window before your scheduled appointment time.
You will be charged $125 for talk therapy and ART cancellations less than 48 hours ahead of time.
Additionally, you will be charged $125 and your appointment will be cancelled if you are 15+ minutes late for talk therapy or ART.
